Edward has more than 15 years of legal experience and has occupied senior positions at some of Ghana’s highest-ranking corporate/commercial law firms. He is qualified to practice in Ghana and the United Kingdom.

As Principal Consultant at E.B-ALC he has advised domestic and international companies. His advice covers such matters as trademark disputes within the entertainment industry, employment law and contractual disputes of a commercial nature. He is also actively involved in companies’ strategic expansion and provides legal support for start-ups and SMEs.

Edward’s portfolio includes:
  • Representing a client involved in a shareholder dispute in connection with an application for just and equitable winding up of the Company
  • Representing an international digital media company, in an action against the Government of Ghana in connection with a dispute over termination for convenience clauses in a contract
  • Representing a major oil and gas exploration company, in a dispute concerning unlawful interference with contracts and inducing third parties to breach a contract. Representing a multi-national automotive corporation, in a dispute regarding product liability
  • Representing a publishing company incorporated in Ghana in a dispute in the Companies Name Tribunal in the UK

In the United Kingdom, Edward is a member of the Bar of England and Wales and is regularly instructed to advise and represent clients charged with a range serious offences including computer hacking, tax fraud, and money laundering.

Cleopatra is an amicable and passionate legal practitioner and consultant with over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors. Having worked with several organizations such as Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa and Ankomah Law Firm (Ghana), Chambers of Arthur Marriott QC (London), Abbey & Nat Solicitors (London), Cray Valley Solicitors (London), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ghana) and others, she has a well-rounded profile and is keen on using both her local and international experiences to assist clients to succeed.
Cleopatra is an alumna of the University of Ghana, Brunel University Law School (London), BPP University College (London) and the Ghana School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Ghana and the State of New York.
